Geena Davis
Geena Davies is an American actor and producer. She is also writer, women's rights advocate, and woman's rights activist. Apart from her numerous performances in Hollywood she also won critical acclaim in all types of television shows. Prior to her professional career as a film actress, she worked as a fashion designer. She also was a part of the semi-finalist Team of Women's Archery at Olympics. She's been studying playing the flute and piano from a young age due to her love for music. The organ she played was in the local church in Wareham. The path she took to become an actor began when she was in New York City when she completed Boston University's drama program. After many struggles her career was ruined. She ended up doing odd jobs and doing other activities before she finally got her breakthrough. Before making her acting debut in 1982's film Tootsie, she was a popular model. Her appearances in television serials, and had an incredibly successful acting career. Actually, she won the Oscar Award with her film "The Accidental Traveler. In addition, she won the Golden Globe Award' for her role in a television drama. There are two sons as well as one daughter through her wedding to Reza Jarrahy. She also works for a number of charitable causes.
